I understand and again i do apologize for the delay. I dont want to sit here and give excuses, so let me just say again we apologize reassure everyone that our order processing will improve. Although you might not be able to see the difference because we have been removed as a vendor, I would like a admin to get in touch with us about this whole situation. But again your money has been refunded, not taken and lost forever. Glad we got everything situated and hope to do business with you again, perhaps we can change your experience and perspective on our company.
