thanks for writing something down for us.. finally..

the problem we have is that whenever we had transactions with you, you just BARELY or NEVER checked your emails and pms.. i mean.. at least you could've checked your pm box every other day... (especially since you were a sponsor here.)

when i sent you the payment before, you told me it was going to ship in a week, but it never did.. i tried to contact you guys, but your phone line was ALWAYS busy, or you just never picked up.
