not really, im not impressed. id be more impressed if a LSJ owner can take there car outta the hole.

the si's launch nicely due to the lack of tq and 2nd and 3rd fly by fast thnx 2 ur gearing.... fwd plus instant boost from a supercharger arnt the best combinations. stock 4 stock the sssc is definately faster, but outta the hole she'll hop waaaay to much if its under command of a driver that doesnt have the necissary experiance to launch it correctly.

Anyways, ss/sc's are actually really impressive if the driver actually can handle all the power at launch that goes along with a supercharged fwd car. I don't know if sheek still posts here or not, but I remember him talking about a tune that cut boost in first gear so that people could actually launch decently and the numbers went up drastically because of that.
sheek lurks..... lol yeah dude, i got boost progressingly building in first throughout the power band. even though im on about 18 psi i tuned out boost to see a max of maybe 12-14 psi.

I also find it very hard to believe that an ss/sc outhandled a mazda mx5. I'm usually the one that sticks up for ss/sc's and ion redlines, but I won't say something like that for a good reason.. I highly doubt it's true. If it was published, they were paid to publish it. The mx5 is a wonderfully handling car and is known to be one of the best "point and shoot" cars on the market.
im sorry but theres no way a lsj can out handle an mx5.... just no way, atleast stock 4 stock. maybe the lsj pulled a better track time cuz of straight aways.... i know 4 a fact those mx5's are glued

those tunes run so lean and way to much timing. u shouldve done ur homework on that one, or asked someone for a custom tune.

In an earlier post you called the Cobalt a POS...I'm really not too sure if you can call a car a PoS when you up the revlimiter past what the drive train can actually handle, ran open headers with flames shootin out the back and f'ed the axles (likely from wheelhop) and clutch up.

Seriously dude, 8300 is an increase of 1850 over the stock revlimiter...try adding that to your Civic SI without modifying the valvetrain and see what happens. It sounds like you were expecting a bit much out of a car that costs this much.

Out of curiousity, what mods do you have done to your SI?
lol he beat the crap out of it, then blames it on american quality LMFAO!
