The real issues to building new cars is that they are new. The major plants here have only had a year, maybe two to produce these cars and since each cookie cutter is different for the sedans, hybrids, coups and sis and csxs it takes practice getting everything perfect. There is also the huge volume of production so maybe the plant takes less time on each car than other plants.

All I know is that my car is excellent, it doesn't leak anything and it looks good. Who cares?
