Cruising around 70MPH in my FA5 Si gets 32.5 MPG; as you approach the high 70s to 80 MPH that will drop to around 27 MPG. This includes VTEC on the on-ramps and occasional 4th gear passing.

I drive a lot of highway miles - this car loves the road. And 4th gear is the best highway gear (for responsiveness and acceleration) if you don't care about MPG...just don't keep it in 4th for hundreds of miles. Every time you get gas use the windshield washing tool at the gas station to clean bugs and debris from the front bumper and headlights.
