If you're running catless you will definately nned both defoulers. What's the pipe diameter at the O2 sensor? If it's 2.5 inches you might get some contact with these defoulers. The larger diameter headers are having problems with the end of the sensor hitting the body when shifting and in reverse. The DC header is only 2 inches so it has more room there. That's why people are buying those angled defoulers.
