My 06 EX Coupe had an oil leak near the timing chain too. The dealer replaced a Sealing Bolt(24mm) and Washer on the engine block(timing chain side). Oil had been leaking onto the Tensioner Belt, so the belt was also replaced at that time. Hope that takes care of that, as my warranty is almost up!
