In all seriousness, as Mike said, go in polite and cordial. Explain what happened and state the seriousness of the issue. Ask the dealer to take a look at it and ask them what they intend to do about it. If they refuse to do anything or wave the modified parts deal at you, let you Hulk side come out and start dismantling that dealership.
