The unit should have a positive that comes from the arming switch, a negative for ground, a wire that taps into your TPS sensor output wire, and then one or two wires that go to your solenoids/relays. I've looked up 3 or 4 TPS units and that's how they all look. But since you can adjust yours, all of the units I looked at are all self-learning =/. So yours COULD still be different. Also, if you're tapping into a wire from the ecu, it could be wrong. Most people just go straight to the clip of the TPS sensor and tap there so for sure they hit the right wire. Make sure you're tapping the right wire maybe?
