I'm having the same problem. Just installed mine today and the bushing where it connects to the spindle seems to be a little bigger than the stock bolt. When i have it jacked up you can grab the top of the tire and move it in and out a (very)tiny bit. Can you here the clunk when your suspension moves? Any solutions? gotta get some new tires before I really test mine out.

UPDATE: After a few miles I went back and tightebed everything up again, and now no more rattle.
