No tune since they're lazy but in no way should you think that you don't need it... you NEED it. And remember our internals are forged inside (no not forged to match up with an aftermarket forged piston... but they are forged) and the B series motors weren't as built as strong as our K20's. With 100 shot, using all precautions possible to not spray in neutral(if you mis-shift sorry), too low of an rpm, too high of an rpm, only spraying at WOT, maintaining proper bottle pressure, upping your spark plugs to 2 steps higher, etc. You'll be fine. I don't regret using the 75 shot. Only things I regret is my own fault with shifting.

yea im all honesty, with a WOT switch, paried with a window switch, bottle heater, blow down tube etc etc....you could go over a 100 shot, and if it makes you feel safer you could also you a progressive controller so it doesnt hit all at once but more like a turbo's powerband.
