Just called American Honda

My 06 Si is at the Dealer now for the 2nd time. They just called to tell me that the cant duplicate the problem (again). Called the 800 number and spoke to Brian who was polite and helpful. Opened ticket # N012008-02-2701076.
He says I will get a call from a regional case manager after they have had time to contact the dealer.
I asked if he had heard many of these complaints and he said that Honda has no "official" position on the issue. Also says that he is not promising any action at all. Just a case review.
