I personally think the indoor cart racing (choice #3) would be lots of fun.
They are open until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays and 9 PM on Sundays. For groups of 10 or more we would have to make a reservation. It's $23 for one 10 minute race, and you have to wear a head sock, which is $2 if you don't already have one. The nice thing about this location is that it's not residential and it's not a public park. In other words, the chances of the cops bothering us there is slim to none. I think some time in the afternoon would be best so that we aren't leaving our cars unattended in the dark. Afterwards, we could grab dinner some place nearby in Mira Mesa.
If anyone has any other ideas, let's get them up here so we don't waste any more time just talking about it. Let's get a vote up and see what people think!
