im not sure how exactly you did the wires from/to the MAS
but what i did was removed the entire plastic shroud that covered
them from factory and loomed em up. Then tucked them or zip-strapped
em somewhere secure.
my guess is you have an airleak maybe?
as far as the reset on the sensor....it may be different then
just removing the battery neg term.
