Easy, you just need a credit card or equivalent, a heat gun or hair dryer, goo-gone or equivalent adhesive remover, and a scratch free rag. Just start by heating it (don't get too hot or it bonds the adhesive to the clearcoat) and when it gets warm, use the credit card to start peeling it. It takes lots of time and is a pita, but you just have to be patient. When the emblem's all the way off, use the scratch-free rag and the goo-gone to take off the left over adhesive. When you're done, wax and you're good. I'll give you a link to a diy over on ephatch.
