I'll take you up on your offer. I'd like a plastic piece that fits in the 125mm x 75mm ellipse (fog light hole) that could be epoxied in. Have it taper to an outlet that is roughly the same diameter as the pipe in this picture. I would remove the resonator box and fender tube and connect this new part to the prexisiting tube.
