I had the key cut at work and programmed it myself. Earlier in the thread theres a explaination about the frequencies.

The MDX KEY FOB is completely different in internal contruction compared the TL KEY FOB . Its more liek the RDX KEY FOB , also the circuit board is made by VALEO
