Is the DIY difficult? If you have a friend with an SI sedan, can't you just take off the wing, examine how it's installed to his trunklid, and then do the same? I wouldn't do this, but perhaps you're a bit more mechanically inclined than me. I don't see why a bodyshop can't do this.
