actually... the LOC is not required if you have speaker level inputs... you can just connect the stock subwoofers positive to the two positive speaker level inputs and then the subwoofers negative to the two speaker level negatives. you will still be able to control your sufwoofer through the stock subwoofer input and you will not have to buy the LOC.
