So paypal wont help me, and my bank may or may not even be able to help me, and X won't give me an intake. So I guess I'm SOL

Um, I don't get that part. Why would paypal try to get your money back from your back acct? Shouldn't they be getting it from X instead which has our money????
So I should go through w/ paypal first? How long do they usually take..?? I am filing a claim tmrw
