Well it looks like I probably will have to take of the bumper. I did remove the radiator plastic cover and removed the two hex bolts. Then I saw the four screws holding the grill to do bumber. I flexed it a bit but not enought space to get a tool down there to remove the screws.
The bumper looks esy to remove so I will do that, plus it will give me practice for the CAI when get it.
