+35 would definitely look better but with a 225 you might have an occasional rub depending on your camber settings (ie. how much negative camber you are running).

If you want to play it safe run the +45, if you are willing to run a little more negative camber than stock, and buy front and possibly rear camber kits if you don't already have them then I would run a +35. What would really determine if you would rub with the Progress springs is, one how much negative camber you would gain just from the drop, and two what make and model of tire you would buy (some 225's are wider than others).

I am not sure if 16's clear the Si calipers, but even if they do I think they look too small on our cars. BBS RS's are sick wheels, but even a 17" set would look funny IMO, they flow better with older cars. BBS's FTW though
