You seen me im a tall guy... my seat is all the way back and laid back... plenty of clearance. You can put ur seat all the way back and lay back the seat far back before hitting the bar.. lots of clearance...

if you pop open the plastic cover of the seat belt bracket.. you will see a bolt... that bolt is bolted on the b-pillar chassis... now you unbolt that and add the b-pillar bracket and bolt it right back on... so now you will have the original seat belt bracket bolt on the chassis and also the now the bar is bolt onto the b-pillar chassis...
