4.Have not yet requested refund cause I want the intake, but if I'm not gonna get it then I want my money back.

EDIT: Went thru visa for a charge back, cause I used my Visa thru Paypal (I always do this just in case something like this happens) and got my money back WOOT. FU X you scam.
