The HIDs he has are running 35W compared to stock 51W. If the HID's were just as bright and put out the same light output they can do that at probably 20W. Still common just 5 degrees. I did give an example between those long fluorescent light bulbs and the icadescent bulbs, big difference in temps.

I just figured they would run a little cooler like his results showed if they both ran the same Wattage; 51W vs. 51W.

Anyway its an improvement overstock.
