whered you hear this crap? im a reserve officer here in st. louis, and no we dont aim at the front license plate. we dont have to, the equipment we use, along with all of the modern radar/laser equipment we use, does not need a flat surface, just a moving object. radar equipment hasnt required a flat reflective surface since the 80's and that equipment is not used in any police department because it is no longer lawyer proof.
