I looked it up the service manual and here's the basics. (However I'm sure power steering is something you don't need to worry about for a long time):

Use honda fluid. Total to replace should be 0.27 quarts.

Pull out the reservoir. (it slides out)

Pull out the upper hose attached to the reservoir (the return hose)

Drain the reservoir.

then attach another hose to the return hose so you can drain it into a container.

Start the car, let it run, turn the steering wheel lock to lock a few times.

Wait till all the fluid comes out and shut off engine.

Fill up the reservoir.

Start car, let it run, do same thing with steering wheel. (bleeds air out)

Add fluid as needed.
