the red color is part of the face cluster itself. and the speedo is a digital output of red color itself so I don't think you can simply replace a bulb color to replace the color of your cluster. Now you I'm sure you can just swap an Si cluster with a non-Si cluster (i.e. 27IVTEC) that would change the color for sure.
