Members that are located in Westchester County, you are more then welcomed to intercept us on the line or even meet us directly at Grand Central Station.
Members that are not located in the area please post up where you plan on coming from and we will guide you in the right direction

COMING FROM NORTH
Follow YELLOW highlighted route
* Take I-87 S/New York State Thruway S
* Take exit 17 for RT-17K toward Newburgh/Stewart Airport/I-84
* Keep right at the fork, follow signs for RT-300 N/I-84 and merge onto RT-300/Union Ave 0.5 mi
* Take the exit onto I-84 E toward Beacon
* Take exit 11 for RT-9D toward Wappinger Falls/Beacon
* Turn right at RT-52-BR/RT-9D 0.7 mi
* Turn right at Beekman St 0.4 mi
* Arrive at Beacon Train Station
COMING FROM NEWBURGH AREA
Follow GREEN highlighted route
* Merge onto I84 East towards Newburgh/Beacon Bridge
* Take exit 11 (DIRECTLY after toll on right) for RT-9D toward Wappinger Falls/Beacon
* At traffic light turn right at RT-52-BR/RT-9D
* Turn right at Beekman St
* Arrive at Beacon Train Station
COMING FROM FISHKILL / CONNECTICUT AREA
Follow the RED highlighted route
* Merge onto I84 West towards Newburgh
* Take exit 11 for RT-9D toward Beacon/Wappingers
* At traffic light turn left at RT-52-BR/RT-9D
* Turn right at Beekman St
* Arrrive at Beacon Train Station
MEETING PLACE
Grand Central Station Information Center, has a giant clock on top of the booth and is located dead center of the main lobby. Meeting time will be 8:30 - 9:00am
FOOD
Lunch
* Lunch will be at members requests, at the time we are ready to eat lunch we will be in the Central park area. Where there are SEVERAL food vendors and corner stores to choose from. I myself will be having a good old fashion NYC "dirty water dog"
DINNER
*This will be decided the day of. Due to the numbers we are expecting it is just not feasible to have a "sit down style" atmosphere without falling into the 'private party' classification and needing to make reservations also requiring a 50% deposit ahead of time ($80 per member / 50% = SHAT load of money). Dinner will be chosen from one of the following, keeping in mind this is NOT set in stone and there will be open discussion the day of......we will ONLY be able to do call a head seating, which does not require any type of non-refundable deposit.

Keep in mind, you dont have to leave from our station, you can intercept on the line else where or even meet us down there
This day is a day to show those who have never been here, what New York City, the back bone to America has to offer. This day is a pre-game so to speak for the big show on 5/18, the following day. The day will be FILLED w/ good times for ALL.......

............Im really excited to have this go down, and with the Canada Crew coming down, i feel this is a MUST. We are planning to go for one of the BIGGEST events 8thCivic has ever seen and going for records, so this ENTIRE weekend you wont wanna miss
