For the Dragon meet, I had to choose which region to put the thread in because it is right on the border of NC and TN. We stayed in NC but the Dragon is right across the border in TN. Both the South forum gets more views, so I put it there.
I'm a Southerner not a Mid-Atlantican! I've got a Southern accent. I love to say "y'all". It's so much better than "yous" and "you guys". I drink sweet iced tea not that unsweetened or hot crap they drink elsewhere. I eat livermush for breakfast on rare occasions. I call a shopping cart a "buggy".
Put NC where it belongs...in the South!!!:)

Even if I do say "y'all" more often I'm partial to "yous" and "you guys" because while "yous" does annoy the living daylights out of me, it's a sign that the person is from the North East! Where I was born and raised darn it. So

. Hot tea is a legacy left over from the British. New England? Yeah, thats in the north. Hot tea is refined.

Livermush? ICKICK BLAH! It sounds gross. Scrapple FTW!!!
Anyway, yeah, he has an accent. A THICK one too.

I agree. North Carolina is definitely the south.
