Those should probably be negative values, right?
That's pretty much where my stock Si rear camber is set. I've got -2.0 on the left rear and -2.375 on the right rear and the only change I've made to the suspension is Honda camber-adjuster bolts in the front.
Make sure the toe-in is set correctly for the rear - that's the only adjustment that can be made.
