As of now the 3rd gear fix is not out, but we hear that its coming. As for the dealer in Germany, you'd have to ask them if they would be able to get the parts. As far as I know the EU doesn't have the US coupes and sedans, and I'm not sure if the hatchbacks use the same transmissions. Once the necessary parts become available at out US dealers, you can then take the part numbers and ask your dealerships if the can import them and honor the warranty and have it fixed for free.
