Ok, I figured out why I can't buy ringtones from iTunes. BECAUSE I'M IN CANADA
Yep, the songs in the Canadian iTunes Store don't have the little "bell" icon. Why? Because the iPhone isn't released here (officially), so Apple decided to disable this feature.
Ugh. Another reason to hate this device.
