forgive my newbieness to all this but if you say

SEDAN
17x7 42mm offset 225/45-17 (lowered on Eibach Pro Kit)

does that mean it will work ONLY if lowered, or it will work, EVEN if lowered?

and then what kind of spacers or removers would i need for this?
