I just got off the phone with Marsha and she said there were 3 cabin rooms and all of the lodge rooms left.

Also, she is working on their website and you will be able to see if rooms are available at a certain time. It will say that rooms are not available for the weekend of our meet but that is because all of those rooms have been blocked off for us! So don't panic.
