Then next time they accused me of doing the damage i would have said well here is XXXXX miles worth of video footage showing how i drive. I know it sounds like over kill but i dont think they could come up with a good enough out to deny you service.. and you know they wouldnt want to sit there and watch someone driving for hours lol.

^i agree. take a video, the more recording time the better, and show that to honda. you really have no evidence to back yourself up. first assumption anyone makes when there is a clutch/tranny issue is that you've been riding your clutch and driving hard. take the video and show it to honda. if they still refuse then maybe consider other options.
however, if you decide to do this...good luck! be sure to mention the horrible paint
