This may sound stupid but if i was being accused of driving stupid and burning up the clutch and i wasnt after the first replacement i would have gotten one of those video camera mounts that video tapes while you drive and everytime i drove i would have been video taping it and would have made sure it showed the miles so they knew it wasnt being driven like **** with the camera turned off..

Then next time they accused me of doing the damage i would have said well here is XXXXX miles worth of video footage showing how i drive. I know it sounds like over kill but i dont think they could come up with a good enough out to deny you service.. and you know they wouldnt want to sit there and watch someone driving for hours lol.
