well, that wheel would might have been 20 on their scale since it had such shitty accuracy.
Also a 16 inch wheel should need a heavier tire at the same width.. still, it's surprising.. who would have thought that a steel wheel would weigh not that much more than an alloy one. Makes me want to make sure i get something really light on mine. :)
