We aren't using any machined circlip grooves on the shock body. The spring still sits in the stock location in back.

-What are you doing about dust-boots and bumpstops OE or ?
The bumpstops will be provided in the kit for the front and rear. Dust boots depend on application, but most will require modifying the stock boots (ala Koni's standard method).

-Koni Sports - I assume these have the standard OTS valving to handle up to about 500# (A bit more in the rear due to the advantages wheel rates)
That is correct. 500 lbs in front because it's a 1:1 motion ratio and 900 or so in back because of the 33% wheel to spring rate (58% shock to wheel rate).

-Koni Race (single adjustable) - for your "stock" OTS product - where do you think they will be valved to ...800# range or higher, or will these be a custom order deelio like the doubles
They will handle 1000 lb/in spring in front (1:1) and 1700 rear (58%:33%). We are still hammering out the rear SA setup with Koni; so I'll wait to answer how available they are until I know... give me a week or so. Our stocking strategy is to have everything in stock...at least 1 of each... at all times. It's much easier to sell what is available immediately.
