That all depends.
If you have parts that can adjust the suspension geometry back to a near stock setup, the lower the better. There might be 2 people that can do this at the moment, and they race their FG2 and FA5.
If you don't, about 1.5 would be max. The gain in handling from a lower center of gravity get less and less the lower you go. Also, the degradation in hanlding do to poor suspension geometry increases the lower you go at a much higher rate than the gain you get from a lower cg
