Based on Hondata, you need to have at least a intake or header to maximize the reflash.
You won't be needing a reflash from Honda. You might want to get the Hondata Reflash though.

I thought I read that intakes did little for Si's....does that mean that if you get an intake, you might as well get reflashed?
