Why would it be in place to protect the seller? They have full control over the transaction. They put up the price and they are the ones who accept your money. What do they need protection from? I don't think this law is meant to cover someone's mistake

I think you need to chill out lol. Why does everyone on the 8th always say that? I'm not worked up about anything. Yes I've made mistakes before. Where I work at Target, it's not uncommon for me to put up an ad price near the wrong item when they have similiar names. Guess what? I tell them to tell the cashier to give it to them for that price, because it's the right thing to do.
