i have the cable bushings and I found that the feel is much more solid with them than the oem ones. the shift was really soft prior to the install of the cable bushings. I love the feel of it now that they are installed. i am waiting for the ss from corsport as well, but it should be a great combo to have both the solid feel and the short throw.
