Your Best bet for a DD is the Axis/PBR Ultimates.
You give up some performance over the HP+ ...but they are cheaper, don't squeel when cold, and do not dust as much.
Where to order from ...I could not tell you as I am from the Far North (Canada)
... I would start with the Site Sponsors and then go from there.
The Life expectancy for PBR/Axis ... It is so hard to say ...probably better or equal to OE for the PBR's
