My buddy just bought a used 02 WRX, he has put intake, exhaust, downpipe, up pipe, and tune on his car, he was at 230whp before he put his up pipe on and raised his boost about 2 pounds, so we are guessin he is somewhere between 240-250whp. his gas mileage isnt the best, he says between 15-17mpg. He is only 19 and full coverage on his car is like $103/month. Good luck man!
