Since some of the members in the past few months have had problems with venders in the past (AJP, Turbo Mafia, GT Motoring), I appreciate this bit of customer service from a person who didn't need to contact me at all.

That's the type of sh#t that would make me want to buy some of their products with customer service like that. I'm not talking about the swag but the fact that someone form Vibrant contacted you about your purchase is cool as fack.
