Honestly there isn't much to it. Jack the car up and make sure it is not going to come down on you. Check the picture out for placement of the brace. There are two large bolts right behind the front sway bar that you undo and then 2 12mm bolts on both sides of the car for the back of the brace. I used an impact wrench of the two larger bolts but I'm sure you could get them off easily enough with good muscle and a large enough breaker bar.
Unbolt the bolts, put the brace up, retorque the bolts. Simple as that.
