you may be running lean b/c of the sri (X did so also w/ his fujita sri, that is assuming they're similar in how they affect the a/f ). if thats the case, then assuming similar a/f ratios to X's intake, your DIY intake should fix that fine giving similar a/f ratios (13-13.5) w/ more power than what you have now. Initaillly, i had thought you had a cai but i guess this makes sense.

this is why i'm concerned about my afr. the DIY X intake may produce great power, however it may not be good for all setups. i will be bringing 2 different modded MAF housings with me. one from this DIY and one that's a lil more conservative on air flow. i'll be sure to post up the results for everyone to see...
