Are you sure because I've seen this particular FA5 before always @ like 5:45pm on Longwood Hills Rd heading east? I'll look for the plate frame next time. It's not a "Choose Life" sticker but the plate is yellow with "Choose Life" @ the top middle of the plate where it should say FLORIDA.
