Take them off and respray them. I wound up buying all new ones, front H, back H, and civic logo. Picked up an Si grille, painted everything gunmetal (except the silver part on the grille). Everything came out good. I was planning on painting the wheels gunmetal to match, still might, but gonna pick up the hfp front lip first. I think I wetsanded everything kinda lightly just to scuff it up, did like 4 or 5 coats of gunmetal, let it dry a little while, then 4 or 5 coats of clear.
